Guia da Construção is a specialized CRM and management platform designed to modernize and streamline the construction industry. Acting as both Lead Product Designer and Tech Lead, I was responsible for taking a raw business idea and transforming it into a fully documented, development-ready digital product.
Committed to the art of utilizing top-tier tools, I spearheaded the transition from concept to architecture, ensuring the final design was not only visually polished but also technically bulletproof for engineering execution.

I believe that sustainable software is built with meticulous attention to detail from day one. In this project, I bridged the gap between high-level business goals and technical feasibility through a two-fold approach:
From Idea to Architecture (Product Discovery): I translated the client's vision into functional requirements, user stories, and comprehensive flowcharts. By defining the MVP scope and structural logic, I built an error-proof roadmap that eliminated the need for future technical rework.
Strategic UX/UI Design: I architected a complex CRM interface in Figma that needed to be exceptionally powerful yet simple enough for daily use in a fast-paced environment. The focus was entirely on clean data visualization, making sure intricate metrics like budgets, schedules, and leads were effortless to navigate.
To guarantee high-fidelity implementation, I provided an excellent design hand-off, acting as the primary tech lead to mentor the developer and ensure the UI matched the strategic vision perfectly.
